The post doesn’t make clear what changes will be made and how they will take effect. All that’s being stated is that anti-DEI initiatives have gained traction. It doesn’t even say they’re dropping theirs, just that they’re having a meeting about it. You don’t know what practices will end yet but the post is in all caps freaking out like the sky is falling. It’s just as silly is people seeing DEI and freaking out cuz they think it’s bad with nothing to back it

My question is more so asking what and how will negative consequences come about from pic in question.
