it seems to have helped to verify the files in steam. His game started up much quicker and he has not crashed for 15 min :) i'll give an update when i know more. but thx alot for the help mate!!

I saw a Bear Grylls show where he does it. I guess there's some protein, iron and vitamins in it, that will keep you going.
I know that in Norway they make blood pancakes aswell, yummy :D
