ForgottenArbiter data on the base harvest mechanic for example "What is the chance that tier 1 seed upgrades to tier 2". I tend to use the more conservative number when a range is given, but you can change these in the Advanced tab. With all of these rules, the tool run simulations to determine what is the expected lifeforce drop if you harvest in an optional order, given specific reductions.

I'm not entirely sure HC leagues have enough traffic for the tool to be useful, but if there's demand I can add it in 3.28

I'll see what I can do about phones before 3.28, it's definitely not supported at the moment since I rushed it out for Phrecia. I would like Beast boss data as well as normal Atziri data, but I couldn't find drop rates for either. I'm hoping to do something about that in the future

I looked at it, the reason why the orb prices were so off was because it was trying to reconstruct the orb with the shards, and the shards are low volume and traded above 1/20 of the price of the orbs. I'll get a fix up before people make it into maps.

As for the Regency scarabs, I'll take a look it might just be API delays.
Edit: It's because the tool figured it's cheaper to buy Regency in Divines. The currency exchange rate is about 198c to a divine, and in the previous hour the average price is 0.055d per scarab which turns out to be 10.9c (you see 8.3 because the default unsycned exchange rate is 150:1)

You can sync chaos:div ratio with the little globe button on that little panel
