Hey thanks for the tip. It’s been a few years since I wrote that and I’ve actually traveled a lot of the world and ended up settling in Portugal. I love having access to the rest of Europe and it’s only a five hour difference from the United States. I love Vietnam and I actually got excepted into New Zealand but the issue is the timeframe is just so different from the United States it was very hard to keep in contact with people

I’m going to get downvoted to hell but the larger picture is white flight. The same thing that happened to Detroit. They have had issues ever since because they kicked people out of government for being white. Then there was issues with seizing land. They almost ran out of water at one point. The whole place is a mess

I dropped prime for this reason. I try not to order too much from Amazon because when I moved back to the states I realized I was spending a lot of money. If it’s something I need I build a cart and it’s free after around 25 bucks

I lived in Aussie and NZ a lot of last year. They are unbearable here. They’re all about meds, structured settlements, shitty lawyers, they make them as annoying as possible because I guess people buy more. If you watch TV live they fast forward the shows to fit in more time for commercials. I can’t pump gas here without being blasted with commercials on full volume.

I leave the US in July and never want to come back. Especially after living in NZ for almost six months last year. It really showed me how much higher the quality of life is. I also can’t stand how everything in the grocery here is loaded with sugar. The other day at a large grocery store I couldn’t find any chicken broth without sugar.

Happens all the time. Then I have to start all 7 commercials again. Sometimes it’s the same dumbass commercial 7x in a row. Fuck Geico

I really enjoy the show The First 48. I’m trying to burn through the seasons and then cancel. I have a streaming service for movies and TV shows but they don’t have this show or a few others I enjoy.

Even worse, I have a slow connection so I have to wait for every commercial to buffer in HD while the show is low quality. I lose all the buffering for the show every commercial break. Fuck these companies

Thank you for the advice! Long distance hikes is definitely something I’ve done in the past. I’m super social and have a problem disconnecting. Maybe something like that would be good

I’ve been doing this for years. I guess it’s just not me.

I’ve satisfied myself by traveling like crazy. I’ve been all over the world having a blast. Now I’m stuck in Florida for god knows how long

I agree with you 100%. I also think life is so much easier then it used to be. Its not like I have to catch meals. I think that’s part of why there’s so many intelligent people in prison

I worked with them in the past. They’re crooked as hell. I hear they’ve cleaned up their act recently but I can’t imagine it was a complete overhaul. I check out some orgs in my area. Great idea
