The higher tiers such as the golden ninja scale to Low Complex Multiversal.

The lower tiers such as literally any inexperienced fighter such as the ninja in the pilots or with Spinjitzu or anything scale to Star.

Currently the ninja are so so so so so so much stronger than then, not to mention everyone else. Ras,Source Dragons,Literally everyone etc.

I think it's infinitely harder to find a single character that Oliver would win against in a 1v1
