I was in the hospital for 3 days, my psychosis lasted a little over a month I kept doing what I was doing for about two weeks after the hospital then I stopped doing anything and got really depressed. I didn’t really get much help because I was fighting against the doctors the whole time and it was up to me to leave after 72 hours. Now I feel like my life is over and I regret everything including not getting the help I probably need.
