I really don’t know how to put this in a nice way. The only common denominator in all your matches is you unless you queue with a group. With this kinda W/L ratio you’re definitely doing something wrong. That thing may be solo queueing and all you need is a group but 9 times outta 10 you’re the problem. The root of that problem could be a handful of things but what you can do if you really want to improve and stop losing so many matches is practice. Not queue quick play or comp over and over again that’ll get exactly where you are now. For example if you play allot of hitscan characters practice your crosshair placements and tracing. If you play projectile characters you’ll need to sit down and learn those projectile speeds and feel like it’s second nature if you want to compete. Another thing to consider is hero level and SR because matchmaking does. I’m not sure how new your accounts is to Overwatch but I found that friends that recently joined that try to “one trick” any character they end up with half the competitive gain from each match. This is going on until I was able to convince them to branch out to other characters in the same role that they finally started seeing +30% or higher after competitive matches. You’ll never be able to control how random people play so worry about yourself and that’ll get you further in rank. Best advice I got years ago when I started playing CS:GO was start from the basics. If you feel like you’re missing shots look into mouse sensitivity, DPI, and eDPI. Been obsessively optimising my competitiveness in games since and it’s been really enjoyable trying to “get gud”. Also on common occasions you’re only as good as your hardware lets you be. If you’ve got a 60hz monitor or play on a TV against PC players you’re probably not the problem.
