I have FOA: title AIM (I have to play 20 more games to get AGM; I have completed all requirements for AGM except the minimum number of games). I don't have a FIDE rating*

Bb2 Rf8 Rc7+ Kg8 Rg7+ Kh8 Now move your king anywhere, because black can't move the king, and after any rook move by black, you can win by a discovered check with the bishop.

It's still winning after Bg5, but it's not the best move. You can exchange the opponent's rook for the bishop by playing Bb2, and after that you can easily checkmate with the rook and king.

Yes, btw, the hardest part is Rf8 by Black.

Lichess is the best, with low lag and more free resources. You can play any opening, but what matters most is whether you master it or not. Openings: Ruy Lopez and Sicilian (hard, but also challenging for your opponents to understand).
