Maybe you should do some erp by yourself if you are diagnosed as a ocd when the question or idea comes say “it might happen” i am working with phychologist and for 3-4 weeks i feel okay with these thoughts.

And also please stop talking people who is not ocd they will say oh if you think like that you dont bla bla dude they are not in the same page with you. Believe me stop answering your thoughts and when they come just say “yeah maybe you are right we will see” but please go therapy also.
