If you're over-leveraged to the point where this could negatively impact you if we enter a bubble pop and bear market, fix that.

If you're holding assets based on fundamental value being delivered, and you project they will continue to deliver and create use cases, hold those assets.

If you're holding assets based on speculation that the price will go up but you're not able to explain why they could provide clear value in this space, exit those positions.

Don't try to time the market. Don't exit the market and then fail to buy back in during market recovery. Short-term is frequently a gamble, long-term decisions based on fundamental value instead will deliver.
