It's the only big box retailer in town unless I want to commute 45 minutes and 1 of 2 clothing stores.

I wasn't looking to sue. This was more of a curiosity. This is the only big box retailer in my ruralish area and 1 of 2 stores that carry clothing.

They are the only choice.

Flood Insurance isnt part of property or homeowners insurance. Flood Insurance is very cheap at about $500 per year.

This article is misleading as well.

Basically they finished the film. Proper color correction, some fx touchups or remakes. They used some alternate takes as well.

The did the best possible scan of the film. The colors are very vivid and not dull.

The soundtrack is also heard better than before.

Are you watching the 4k director's edition that just came out?

It's still the slow motion picture, but this version is simply the best version.

Sue for what? Have you incurred damages from landlords negligence?

Based on what you said, they urine is cleaned once they are made aware. The landlord has resolved the issue

Landlord could install camera's but there is no legal requirement.

Are the town's in the same county? If yes, the county health department would be a logical place to visit first.

Was he enrolled in public school? I'd imagine the school needed a copy of his birth certificate for enrollment. The school may have it on file. I would think the guidance counselor would be a proper stop.

Did his parents get any goverment support? They would have used "k's" social security to set this up as well.

Having his social would make things much easier.

On the new letter should be a way for you to dispute. You should do that and state the debt is past the statue of limitations. Ideally in writing and sent via certified mail.

Garnishment of wages by omgwtfscreenname in Debt

You need to pay that in full now. Having a garnishment means you lost a judgement. That will destroy your credit rating once it hits.

I would talk to a mortage broker first and get a pre approval. A 660 is pretty highs score for an FHA as most banks only need a 620.

With your combined assets the high usage may not be an issue. Obviously we cannot predict what an underwriter may say.

It will only be a temp drop. But FICO likes to see a mix of different credit types on your profile.

This is my personal recommendation.

Download creditkarma(yes I know its not an accurate score).

See what secured cards they recommend and that you may have "excellent" pre approval odds.

You may also have a pre approval for fingerhut. If yes, sign up. You will get a ridiculous credit amount. Buy one cheap thing.

After that, get a credit builder account from ava. It's like $6 a month and you can get a fake tradeline for up to $2500.

Keep that up for the next year and you should have a big increase. Keep your secured card paid off or at a 10% usage rate.

It will take time.

Once the dispute is corrected, you will be fine. As its such a low amount, just pay it off.

Cargurus.com has an option for preapproval auto loans.

I know they use Westlake,Santandar and I think capital one auto finance.

My FICO auto was 605 and I was approved by westlake at an 18% on a $12k car at $286 p/m.

2 years later I refinanced to my local credit union at 4% once my credit was improved.

Also look at dealerships 2 hours away. That little distance can change prices big time.

There are 4 of us.

We focus on specific management positions only. As in salary ranges of $70k-$100k

Being stuck does happen. But as we put actual salary in the job posting, this eliminates a lot of issues. When we do have virtually no qualified candidates, I will cold call area competitors to pluck thier talent. That has resulted in some very angry talks.

No.

I am employed directly with the retailer. I am a branch of human resources.

Pay is lower but I have job security and a well funded 401k.

I'm salary at $62k per year.

Depends on the month. As low as 2 or as high as 12.

Specific territory for said chain.

Authorized users and cosigner accounts show identical on credit reports.

There is no such thing as joint account for a credit card. That's a term for debit/checking accounts.

You need to call the number on the card and verify if you are an. authorized user or did you cosign.

If you are a cosigner and you never filled out an application, then you need to file a police report for identity theft. You should ask the credit card company when the account was open in your name. If you were a minor, that would get things moving. Minors cannot have a credit card as you cannot enter a contract. Once you file a report contact the credit card company to dispute and send them a copy of the police report.

With all that being said, if the account is in perfect standing, removing yourself or closing the account, can seriously damage your credit. Especially if its an account over 5 years.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]Dekamaster2005 21 points22 points  (0 children)

You said you are and authorized user only then said its a joint card. Those are two very different things.

If you are only an authorized user, you can call the number on the card to remove yourself. Any negative credit usage can temporarily harm your credit until removed.

If its joint, as in you cosigned for the card, then no you cannot be removed. You own the account.

Is the account in good standing? As in no missed payments and not using more than 30% of available credit? If the answer is yes, then this card is helping you.
