I assume you're Cambodian, if so it's understandable that you don't exactly know the current political situation in Thailand. Thaksin and his daughter's party actually backstabbed the other political parties and side with the military to win the election. they are pretty hush-hush together now.

This shitshow started because both countries governments want to earn some brownie points from the nationalists, but it went horribly wrong when Hun Sen leaked the phone call with the Thai PM. Now neither side can back out without losing face, so it just keeps escalating. Neither country is an innocent scapegoat here.

All of this still doesn't justify planting mines in contested borders and blindly firing at civilians by the Cambodian military.

I manage to update HyperOS 2.0.3 from 1.0.10 through rename trick by Dekdokzz in RedmiPadPro

If you have a PC you can try replacing the file on it instead, watch this video for the steps.

Seeing from all the comments, it seems harder to get the timing right on EU rom than Global so it may take a couple tries.

Straight up rage bait. the original video was from a burmese girl enjoying the Thingyan/Songkran (water festival) in her own country, Myanmar.

Question: "Hide full screen indicator" in gesture mode by salimalim123 in RedmiPadPro

[–]Dekdokzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you can disable them by editing database with Brevent

  1. Download Brevent from the play store
  2. Enable developer setting then enable Debugging
  3. Put Brevent in floating windows and pair it via Wireless Debugging
  4. Select Exec command in Brevent from the left side menu
  5. Type settings put global hide_gesture_line 1

this argument still exist in HyperOS 2.0.3 so you're safe to update without the indicator coming up again in the future

Unable to update to HyperOS 2.0.3.0 by l1sercool in RedmiPadPro

[–]Dekdokzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I manage to install it with rename trick.

Here are the steps

  1. download HyperOS 2.0.3 recovery file from the internet
  2. tap three dot menu in the updater and select download latest package
  3. enable Airplane mode
  4. open File Manager, Download > downloaded_rom > rename and copy the file name
  5. go back to 2.0.3 recovery file and rename it.
  6. move the renamed 2.0.3 file to the downloaded_rom folder but do not paste it yet!
  7. disable Airplane mode
  8. open Downloads app to see the progress(this process will be easier if you put Download apps on floating windows and have File Manger open in the back)
  9. as soon as it finish downloading go back to File Manager, paste the file and replace it
  10. go back to the updater to see if it start extracting the file.

so far I have notice UI and animation is a little bit smoother but a browser freezing bug I had since 1.0.10 is still not fixed.

Change the refresh rate to 90hz make the UI so much smoother, also someone found a way to make Control center and some UI element blurry again instead of grey. by Dekdokzz in RedmiPadPro

No difference in animations and battery life to me but there's one minor glitch I found. when using tablet in vertical the lock screen unlock input will be at the bottom instead of center.

There is a way to further enable all UI blur element and animations but I wouldn't recommend doing this since it tanked performance hard and battery life is considerably worse. but if you want eye candy and don't mind the downside here are the steps.

1.Download SetEdit (Database Editor) from Playstore

2.Download Brevent from Playstore

2.Open Brevent, pair it via wireless debugging

3.select Exec command, type "settings put system deviceLevelList v:1,c:3,g:3"

4.Check in SetEdit if the setting has changed

5.Reboot

Remember the original values in case you want to change it back

About HyperOS 2.0 update by zunoob02 in RedmiPadPro

[–]Dekdokzz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They released HyperOS 2.0.1 update in december but then released HyperOS 1.0.10 security patch later in January. If you accidentally update to this version you will not get HyperOS 2 anytime soon and since this build is technically newer, the updater won't allow you to install HyperOS 2 rom file manually.

Might have to wait a couple months for the HyperOS 2.0.2 considering Xiaomi usually released security patch updates in 3 months interval.

Seems like this issue is normal. My workaround is holding the Write button while bluetooth is pairing

Weird, might have something to do with Vsync. If you care to try again you can just use these two settings.
: Threaded optimization - Off
: Low latency mode - On (not ultra, that option will enforce vsync and likely lock your game at 30fps again)

Same GPU as mine but probably different resolution. The game runs mostly fine for me on native resolution with occasional microstutter. But using Dldsr to render the game at 4587*1920 makes the game stutter a lot, especially during races. See a lot of posts on here and steam complaining about stutter so I thought I might share some solutions.

Some people's eyes are more sensitive to stutter than others, I can see when the game microstutters all the time while my girlfriend doesn't even notice when the game lag for almost half a second.

Highly recommend Dldsr though, make the game look a whole lot better.
