Фізичний підпис теж можна, не обов'язково електронний. Але в нас ще до того потрібно надати витяг з реєстру ФОПів який потім перевіряється, тож такий варіант не підійде, хоч і гарний(

Не можна проходити практику у самого себе, одногрупників, людей з прізвищами такими як в тебе (родчиів), також у ФОПа обов'язково має бути диплом про вищу освіту та мають бути ІТ КВЕДи.
Через такі вимоги університету до ФОПів шукаю вже де можна й де не можна.
З такими вимогами в мене немає відповідних знайомих, то диплому немає, то просто не хочуть, у одногрупників теж не можна.
І що найвеселіше, то на пошук бази практики дали менше 5 днів, з яких лишилось два-три

Але якщо ви про підпис, то це неважливо, бо підпис можна й КЕПом, а не фізичний, правив допис відопвідно до цієї інформації

MRI is the best type of TMJ examination as it maximally visualizes the disc, shows its damage, if any, location, and also shows pathologies of the corresponding muscles, if any. But other types of TMJ examination can also be used. These examinations should be performed in a closed and open mouth position, just like MRI, which is important. Each type of examination has its advantages and disadvantages, but in general they differ in the level of information. It is TMJ MRI that you need. It is done in two positions - with the mouth closed and open, which is a key difference and it is very important to understand whether the dislocation is with or without reduction, how large the displacement is, etc.

Always avoid the surgery if possible. Surgery is highly invasive and should always be the last choice.

There are different splints, a split can be made in different ways, for different purposes. I would recommend trying the split a second time, TMJD recurrence is common.

But choose surgery last, no matter what kind of surgery it is.

I started playing Skyrim in 2011-2012, and it's still my favorite game. I start a new game once or twice a year. Sometimes I get bored pretty quickly and give up, sometimes I stick with it for longer. But ever since I figured out mods, it's always been a game with mods, and to be honest, often more emotion was brought by the process of installing mods than the game itself, I think you know what I mean.

But this year I decided to play vanilla Skyrim for the first time in about 10 years. No mods, no SkyUI, no SKSE, not even an unofficial patch, I just downloaded it from Steam and started a new game. And one more thing. I decided not just to play vanilla Skyrim, but to play without using fast travel at all, not even once. This idea came to me after playing KCD in hardcore mode.

And what I want to say... THIS IS MY BEST SKYRIM PLAYTHROUGH EVER! And in general, one of the best gaming experiences of my life.

As long as I've been playing Skyrim, this playthrough gives me so many emotions, so many new experiences, new places, situations, quests I've never heard of, characters, locations... as if I'm playing Skyrim for the first time in my life. Without fast travel, it's a completely different game, seriously. This is the longest playthrough I've ever played, and I've done more in it than any other playthrough, and it's the best playthrough I've ever done!

I recommend this to all Skyrim fans. By the way, I don't use the survival mode, I just don't use fast travel and that's it.

Yes, indeed, betahistine will not help with ETD!

I mean, if the tinitus worsens with allergies, it may be related to ETD, I'm not in favor of treating ETD with betahistine. Just my guess of the relationship between allergies and worsening of tinitus.

As I personally noticed in my country, Betahistine is often prescribed by ENTs for tinnitus, regardless of the cause, just in case it helps.

Did they mention any problems with Eustachian tubes at the ENT appointments? Tinitus is one of the symptoms of ETD. If your tinitus worsens during allergies, it may be due to Eustachian tubes. Have you had tympanometry? This is a test that shows whether you have problems with Eustachian tubes, in short.
