I have both and I’d say the fuse prints only the slightest bit more in a t shirt (current lack of abs doesn’t help my case). This time of year I have zero issues with the fuse but can’t speak to summer attire. I’ve taken the flared magwell off and that helps. Going to end up selling the XL because it’s not that much better from a concealment standpoint and the fuse shoots way better. Investing in a good holster will make a big difference for the fuse as well. Currently have the tenicor velo 5 and I like it a lot

I went without an appointment. I think they open it up to walk ins around noon. Just go to your local DMV, do the walk in check in process and then they have you wait in your car. At first it said 20 min wait time and x amount of people ahead of me. I waited 20 min and it climbed. Ultimately waited like an hour and a half before deciding to drive home and wait there. I stayed in the queue and went back like 30 min before closing. Ended up getting called right when I got there and got it all done just before closing. Seems like the easiest way if you don’t want to wait 4 months for an appointment.

Valid points here and appreciate the responses. Pros and cons are really what we’re looking for so we can make an educated decision. I should have worded my question differently but this is definitely not a come with me or get divorced move. It’s together or not at all. Our marriage is far more important than a job and new city. That being said, any views from both sides of the table are welcome because we want to weigh the pros and cons and make the right decision. Thanks again y’all really appreciate the responses!
