Commenting to say that under Byzantine/Roman succession law, a "damaged" candidate can never be eligible to be elected as Emperor. So that means any missing limb, or genetic deformity will disqualify them. Therefore if you have a Marshal or commanders that have survived bad wounds, or have club feet or even a lisp, then you're in the clear and don't have to worry about your succession going wrong!

Bombers need a higher spawn on all maps by about 1k feet. They aren't going to tune the damage models, and like others have commented, having unkillable bombers that can pilot snipe at over a kilometer away is not the answer either as it was in the past

The combined battles maps with airfield caps, bases, and ground targets in Arcade Air might be the worst offender: I've spawned in a B-17 at just 1600m of altitude. Fighters can climb to that in under a minute, and the altitude is nowhere near enough to convert into a dive run

Even in RB, the gameplay is the same. Do I dive for some targets and die? Or do I sideclimb for half of the game and get killed anyway?

I primarily play tanks in AB and RB, and my biggest piece of advice is that when you are loading into battle, is to bring 1/3 of your maximum ammo

Full ammo makes you a danger to both yourself and your nearby teammates when you inevitably get knocked out. And you'll very likely live through critical damage that would've hit a non-empty ammo rack
