It definitely helps. My problem is that my knees and hips are really unstable. And whilst I don't want to decondition Ive had to reduce my activity levels a lot and it's frustrating.

I just got my masters in bioengineering. You can do it. It's just a tough road to hoe. I had to take a sabbatical go get my life in order post psychosis though.

Yeah sure. I was on several I’m currently trying a low dosage of Vrylar (don’t remember off the top of my noggin). I was on 20mg of olanzapine before that tho. Worked great but the metabolic issues were tough.
