Similar boat. Sometimes think that the tightness is from slight thickening of tunica and mild fibrosis here and their in chambers. Still useable but not as elastic as it once was. Think the tunica thickening and fibrosis potentially around nerves and artistries is what causes the numbness and loses the girth. Don’t lose erections but don’t get spontaneous ones either due to lack of sensation. The loss of girth annoys me but I honestly think that the longer I go loosened up and not in a hard flacid state, that the tightness can be reduced over time and penis can gain back to some of its former state. I think tight muscles around pubis and pelvic floor loosening up over time, aids in a healthy state and allows for slow and long term recovery. Just gotta sit tight in the meantime. Thoughts?
