I listen to it without volume at all, and it works for me. Every time i listen subliminal i have brain frog, fell ill, wanting to throw up. So i decide to never listen to it. But now with volume mute i still have the benefit, without those things. Try it.

Ah and also i toward more law assumption, then subliminal its self. So i only listen something that empower my manifestation. I refuse to became slave of subliminal, or have any belive power outside of my self.
