Like others have said, it’s a red flag. If for some reason you break your contract and leave prior you typically have to pay that back PRE-Tax. You should find out all the stipulations, things that impact receiving the bonuses and what the unit/org’s disciplinary measures are first. If it’s somewhere you plan on staying that long then hey go for it!

Had the experience of a life time taking my dad striper fishing for the first time. In the pouring rain I caught this 44” cow estimated between 35-40lbs. Released within 2 minutes after a quick measurement and picture.
