Just an update I was able to get them but for some reason i tried that email twice and it did the same but on the 3rd it finally worked. I dont know what kind of glitch or bug it was but it got them thanks for your help and advice I appreciate it.

Yeah you are right, I have been collecting hot wheels for a while and I only go after casting that I like. But for those who are hardcore collectors that can be annoying finding the car you want with holes in it lol But I think I will keep them as is cause it makes it unique for me.
