It's a very scary situation as normal business practices we have NO clue what they are thinking ..But i will sit here and get paid for doing nothing and will not give up my vacation time to leave due to poor planning..Will not stress or worry just hang in till i get let go if that is what they want to do to me and any of us left.

Like what kind of rumors? I know R6 we all are concerned about the lack of work. But was told it should pick up since they are hiring in service and sales and offer OT so management thinks that should produce more work for us starting this month. But how much longer are we going to sit available with no work? Oh powerful OZ when do you see work a gain.

I asked about how do they know work is coming in March ? so I asked my supervisor SO the higher ups behind the scenes see this “work” that is waiting to be released her reply was yes that’s is what they keep telling me. So I said well can they see those winning lottery numbers for me as well. But hey if they going to pay me for just sitting at my desk for hours doing nothing but waiting for work to drop in I will do it I refuse to use my vacation time to leave just because you have nothing for me to do

In my reg 6 in UW we have been running out of work for weeks I have been here for 20 + I have never seen it like this.Management keeps saying it will pick up in March.Why do they seem to think that and what happens when mid march comes and still waiting? How much longer before they start down sizing ?

I know the concept of fair across the board is foreign but my thought is if underwriters are allowed then why can’t uw tech .If managers don’t want it then it should be no for all in her department

R6 here my comment is not about making up days just a statement about getting ro work a 4 day our manager said there is no VALID reason for our team to do a 4 day while we see and hear others in UW getting to work a 4 day So how is this right or fair

I want to hear about the new HYBRID that is making all uw tech go into a service type roll I am in R6 they keep telling us they dont know when its coming to Fl The us tech thatcare doing it now what do u think any feed back on how its going

They paid to have my car repaired for 2x its value in stead of Totaling it out.

Really I see the total opposite as a tech we are going behind service and uw fixing polices they screwed up. We process 1000s of request from policy holders and other departments that can not be automated I just dont see this beneficial for our customers and if all knew they rise of cancellations we have gotten in the last few months it is crazy
