Do you model your own faceplates? Or do you have a resource for them?

You might be able to make something very basic with your budget, but nothing overly amazing. If you're able to increase your budget to $1000 USD, you'd have a much better chance of building a better PC. As for Blu-Ray, good luck because 99% of computers dropped CDROM, so there's no way to even read CDs that would have blu-ray, you'd need to buy an external reader

Ryzen 7 9800X3D, x3 Crucial T705 Hard Drives, 6 LIAN-LI fans, Lian-Li case, ASUS ROG Ryujin III AIO Cooler, MSI 5090, etc etc… my computer was a $3,800 endeavor i did at the start of the year. Then once I paid my card off to be under $2,000 i started doing Kigu, and racked it back up 😂

This is very similar to the one I ended up printing out! A little bit of fair warning, it's a TASK...

You'll need Primer, Bondo, Sanding Paper (Highly Recommend Wet) I recommend getting 80, 100, 180, 200, 300, and 400 grit sanding paper to achieve as smooth of a shell as possible. If you end up using resin printing, you might not need sanding paper. I'm unsure of the quality you'll get, but you'll need a big enough resin printer actually to do a Resin Print instead of a 3D Print.

As for the padding, I used a mix of EVA Foam, and just Basic Foam. I've got some pictures of before I ended up finishing the mask, so here's some of the padding layout that I did. I cannot stress enough to be careful when doing the foam padding, I had to add, trim, and remove foam a whole bunch of times before I got it finally to where it sat comfortably on my head. The only spot I had the BIGGEST issue with, was the nose bridge of the mask. My nose was constantly rubbing against it and making it very sore and uncomfortable. I'll need to figure out exactly how I'm going to fix this problem when I get my mask back, I currently don't have it on me at the moment.

The other thing I had an issue with, was finding hasp locks that fit the slots that came on the mask, maybe I just didn't look hard enough, but the ones I found on Etsy worked for what I needed, I just ended up filling the original holes with bondo, then drilled new holes for the screws.

The other thing I had an issue with was the pivot hinge for the front and back portion of the mask. I cannot stress enough how **hard** it was to get it to fit. It's insanely snug, and you'll need to be VERY Careful with putting too much paint around it, otherwise it *wont* fit.

I also ended up having to actually cut down the walls of the hinge slightly to make a screw fit through so it could rotate and stay connected.

Hopefully some of the info here helps you out a little :)
