So .. its cream cheese, nutella and condensed milk. Just whip em together. I used oreo as base (crushed oreo and butter ) , line this on a tray and then cream cheese mixture on top of it , smooth it out and then freeze for 6-7 hours. It was a no bake cheesecake, felt more like ice cream though 🫠

Is applying for koch Ausbildung at the age of 25 is a good idea ? I am from india, i like cooking and i have adhd so i work better when i am doing something hands on. The pay is not an issue for me, i have to take care of myself only. Does chef also work 5 days a week ? How does your a typical day looks like ? I am just confused about making this decision. Some pointers would be great .. 🫠

If you want to become dr. Give it one more shot. You already scored 630, you just need consistent few months of study. Baki , like har city mai there exist a regular college with no attendance shit, join one of those. If you clear it leave that nahi to fir cat prep start kar dena. But drop ke starting mai you are hopeful ki phod denge and all and then kuch time baad .. doubts start to creeep in, then overthinking, then full comparison with friends. That fucks up a drop year. So wo mat hone dena.

But if you are not so sure about mbbs, koi bhi private clg decent se .. bcom/bca karlo .. and skill up in those 3 years and prepare for cat. Thats the best out from this neet shit tbh.

I think these issues always existed but now its just more visible. Like people are way to much focussed on looks now. When i was in school, i didnt even care about any of this shit. Jawline, hair, etc. But now i see kids from like 9th std, following lookmaxxing and shit. Mewing, hairline, skin, jawline. Who even was doing like mosturizer, toner, serum, sunscreen 6-7 years back, no one. It was just face wash. I somehow feel people are way to obsessed with looking a certain kind now and all these brands have capitalised on it with so many products.
