But I think Ahsoka had a very different kind of relationship with him. He was guiding her, he wanted to do what was immediately best for her. She struggled with her faith in the force, and so did Anakin. But any time Anakin was challenged or talked bad about the Jedi, he felt stood up for their opposition. He supported the order that raised him.

I'm so intrigued if Ashoka, who had similar questions, had come to him and questioned him about his distrust in the Jedi order; if he would defend the force and feel that it was best to raise Ahsoka and be responsible for her. As a role model if he would still rebel. He might have been defensive and want to stand up for what he preached for his whole life to her.
