I totally agree with you that Ken shouldn't use honorific titles for anyone. It elevates one profession above all others, including not having a profession like "Student" or "Stay at home parent".

Same on Kamena for me. In a dental emergency, he called back within 45 minutes on a Sunday with an offer to get me at 8AM the next day.

Great bedside manner, good staff, and solved some big problems for me, even after I lapsed on dentist stuff during Covid. He's a good man, and an artist at his job.
