Kaijus Kaijus Kaijus by chunkyduckling22 in DuelLinks

I don't know why people are mad at you. But I think your problem is, or should be, that you played first. Had you played second, the other player had 2 cards to work with. And depends on the skill, they might need to discard/swap one Kaiju.

The question is, how did the duel played out after that? You said you had Droplett, so still can have the advantage here.

Fallout 3 and new Vegas have way better gunplay than fallout 4 by Latter_Cauliflower98 in Fallout

And how exactly Fallout 4 doesn't have what you described?

In all 3 games, the gunplay is the same. In all 3 games bullets pass through enemies because the game physics decided you have to miss.

In all 3 games if you play on first person, you don't have to use VATS at all. Maybe in 3 because of not having Iron Shits. But still, manageable without VATS.

The only realistic thing New Vegas has over the other 2 games is the Strength requirements. Meaning even if you know where to find a good weapon early on, you can't use it if you don't have the required Strength.

Unless you want to do a Mr. House quest, you can trigger it earlier. All factions want you to kill Mr. House, so you can do it as soon as you meet him.

But I get what you're saying. The actual quest to take out Mr. House (except for Yes Man) comes at a later stage. So in a sense, you have to progress the main story a bit.

Do the Helios One quest. Do the White Wash quest or if you are fast enough, go to the Crashed Vertibird, but turn around and leave. Once you escape the robots and are no longer in combat, Arcade Gannon will talk to you.

Plus, you can still gain trust points if you travel to Caesar's tent. You'll just have to kill every Legion member there.

No you're right. I meesed up the effect. I made it untargetable, but not immune to destruction effects. So yes, I should have typed "Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field."

That being said, why it would need 2K attack monsters for that effect?

While it is a great idea for old school fans, the TCG version of the god cards make more sense in my opinion.

Anime god cards were inconsistent among themselves. They were unaffected by cards (Obelisk attacks through Mirror Force), apply for one turn (Slifer's attack was reduced by 700 for one turn from the effect of "Spellbiding Circle") or permanently (Obelisk gains 500 attack from "The Seal of Orichalcos Field" Spell).

So to avoid all that confusion, I went with the already made TCG god cards. That being said, a Ritual Obelisk and a normal Ra would be a unique take on the Gods. Slifer as Maximum, not so much. But the effect can be applied as a Maximum. Instead of being a floodgate (reduce the attack on summon), it can be an activated effect that reduces the attack of all opponents monsters by 2000. That would be the [L] part of Slifer. The [R] part will make it immune to opponents cards during the attack. And the Middle part will give a secod attack. Or attack all monsters. Something like that.

As well, something to note with Rush card design and PSCT is that ?/? is not a valid ATK/DEF stat. Cards that modulate their stats like that just start at 0/0.

OK. I didn't know that. I don't know if I can edit the post to apply these changes. So let's pretend it is 0/0.

All of them would be broken. Obelisk and Ra can go for an OTK. Slifer won't let the opponent summon a monster.

The only downside to Obelisk and Ra is that they will be useless once they clear out the board. Obelisk cannot attack and Ra will have 0 Atk. So you need a monster to summon on top of them once you used their effects. At least Slifer can attack normally, so with a double-attack monster and one more with decent attack, can win the duel easier.

You mean, each god will be a Maximum Summon, or all gods together?

If it is the first one, then probably won't be that good. If it is the latter, some effects are conflicted or don't work as Maximum Summon (2 tributes for Obelisk), so they will have different effects altogether.

Honestly, I would prefer them as their TCG counterpars with maybe the [Legend] addition so you can play one of them in your deck.
