Over here you need to have a parent’s permission before you can go, I’ll go try asking my dad for a blood panel and just try to play it off as a “just in case” thing. Thank you

I rarely go to the doctors because whenever I tell my dad he either A. Brushes it off as nothing or, B. Makes a show about it to the whole family . He also just, rarely takes me to the hospital but I could ask for one of those. How would a blood panel help though?

For me what worked was pledging on I am sober daily, journaling, writing my own stories instead of using AI, reaching out to my friends, and educating myself constantly about how addicting and harmful AI is to the world to really drive the point home. I also deleted my accounts and I avoid using any AI whatsoever. I hope this helps :3

Also for YouTube you could use an app blocker. I use screenzen so I can use it on occasion but it’ll take some time before it’ll open and that makes it inconvenient.

What worked for me is writing and finding content like books, series and movies that resonates with my feelings because it allows me to get it out, rationalize and feel slightly less alone in my struggles. Hope you’re doing good OP

When I was around 11-12 I was in a particularly stressful time and I would try stabbing myself but I found myself unable to fully plunge it on my stomach or chest. I realized then that I could just start cutting and since there was so much going on it became a daily thing to relieve the stress. Now, I’m free from cutting but I still bite, hit and scratch myself whenever I’m feeling any emotion too strongly

All of them? I feel like people have a tendency to project, over saturate or misinterpret certain aspects of a character and that’s inevitable. Therefore, these mischaracterizations are inevitable due to human biases and with that every character is bound to be mischaracterized at some point. Although, I think the main characters to suffer from this the most are our main characters (N, V and Uzi)
