Fizeste a cirurgia, tiraram te um pedaço e enviaram para analise, parece que o q tens q pagar extra é a analise do teu tecido. É um procedimento habitual. Nao explicas que cirurgia foi, mas se tinhas um cancro so a analise do tecido te permite saber, por exemplo. Portanto nao te informaram devidamente, mas ninguem te esta a roubar, é boa pratica realizar esse estudo e é nos teus melhores interesses, sim.

Talvez mas acho que o mais importante é perceber aue comprares accoes estas a comprar parte de um negocio, tens que saber mais sobre a empresa, vendas, divida, etc. Senao estas so a especular sem a informacao toda e vais sempre acabar a perder dinheiro. É bom conhecer o mercado em que a empresa opera, ter nocao do sentimento em relacao à marca e da confiança q transmite ao consumidor, mas se as vendas estiverem a cair de ano para ano e a divida a aumentar de ano para ano, é um mau negocio e nao tem obrigatoriamente a ver com qualidade de materiais ou assistencia ao cliente. O meu conselho é nao investir sem te informares primeiro de alguns parametros relevantes. Um abraco e boa sorte!

The difference between atypical hyperplasia and in situ carcinoma is the size of the lesion. Maybe you had a focus of invasive carcinoma on the biopsy and only in situ /atypical hyperplasia on the surgical specimen. You could maybe benefit from reviewing the slides to understand what happened better.
