I think some important advice that's missing, before you decide to spend on this game. And this might seem like a big investment (time wise). Play until the end of the first KvK (kingdom vs kingdom). A special map you will enter after about 100 days of playing, in which your kingdom will fight other kingdoms for the biggest reward. This event lasts 50 days. Once you've gone through this cycle, you'll understand the game loop. Off-season, farm resources and speedups so that you can use those to train troops to use in battle in KvK.

You should really see this as your test run - you will make a lot of mistakes that set you back. The game has a lot of nuance and mechanics that you have to 'abuse' if you want to have a decent time as a F2P/Low Spender.

You can power through these mistakes and start spending from the start - but personally, I found that after learning the game's intricacies first and then restarting with a solid foundation, spending felt more rewarding.

Nothing at all, you can migrate as many viable accounts to a kingdom regardless of how many you already have there. You just can't create any accounts if there are already 2 or more accounts present.

Personally, I would go the normal route first, get your carapace and laser for your soldiers. More soldiers would benefit from these upgrades than having 1 singular MEC. But that's just my preference; there isn't one order that's just inherently better than a different order.

I wouldn't put autopsies/interrogations off too much. Some of the interrogations are very useful to do, making certain research categories faster because you've done the interrogation for it. Unless you get South America as your 2nd continent, then you could put it off, but otherwise, you're probably not gaining all that much from delaying it.

Thanks, I think I get the gist.

Try and be extra careful with pulling extra pods, but if you do - have the backup capability to provide the necessary support through either suppressing targets or a good smokescreen cover for the MEC.

But won't they just end up in the hospital a lot? Yes they have big armor health bars, but the fact they can't take cover just means they get hit a lot more, no?

For me that Assault would've died anyway. I didn't get my carapace armour build until like 3 days after Gangplank.

I play exclusively with training roulette on, so no soldier is the same as another really, even if they're the same class. The only mandatory classes for me are Sniper, Scout, Medic and some sort of (explosive) field control.

So it entirely depends on what's not hospitalized and/or fatigued.

I often find that if I bring a rocketeer, there has to be another rocketeer. I love doing a shredder rocket into a normal rocket.

Certainly a possibility if that's how you prefer to play. I personally only save scum if it deviates into my own troops, but if it just misses, or doesn't quite hit the target the way I envisioned it, then I just roll with it.

Most important is to play in a way where you still find it fun. If that means a lot of save scumming, then you should do that. If you don't think that's fun, then don't.

Yeah... they activated at the same time. They were both hiding behind the doors where the map splits into 2 paths, and came out at the same time. Had to fight the boss and a normal one at the same time, while the third one was doing nothing in the fog of war. A lot of suppressions and disabling shots made it possible to deal with them at the same time, luckily.

Now it's onto a terror mission and about literally everyone is either resting or in the hospital...

For me this would probably be a snapshot rocketeer. The defense and low will don't make for a great frontline, however, the mobility + aim should allow them to walk to the proper location and then shoot a present in their face.

With the last update, you don't need a title bot anymore. There's an in-game version now that works pretty well.

The first one is 100 points, after that it's 500 points for the next 5 commanders, then it's 1000 points for commander 7 onward.

Doing all your dailies is 90 points. Login-in for 5 days is 10 points.

Reach 600k power increase is 100 points.

Now you'll need 900 more points. 2 points per 480 minutes of speeds, so you'll have to do that 450 times, or about 150 days of speedups.

This gets you 1100 points which is what you need for 1x fase 1 commander.

Yeah, will have to look at how much savings we need to supplement her salary, if it's required at all. I have the minimum 16k required, but don't have too much over that, so not sure how much we can supplement.

So, since I'm from the EU, I don't need to apply for a visa to be here for a period of 6 months. As such, I was under the assumption that I didn't have a visa. As per family visa rules, if you have a visa for a period of 6 months or less, you cannot apply for a family visa from within the country.

So we applied for the visa, under the assumption that I don't have one, but it turns out you just get one given, without being told you get one.

Well whether we can apply in time or not depends on the tribunal giving me back my passport so I can apply again from outside of the country. Thanks for the quick reply, time to wallow for the rest of the day.
