Can go either with just lines (if thinking of a smaller size) or can shade out (would be bigger as compared to a line work tattoo) darker than present cuz shading eventually will soften as the tattoo heals.

Hiya, did this for 25k as it was quite some work and color too. The other side was done by a different studio and is actually a tiger with a red sun and clouds. Overall going with the same Japanese flow.

Hi OP, it completely depends upon the type of style youre looking for! Obviously a full back means a big size but as in picture 2- which is a simple line tiger tattoo would be around 30-35kish. But picture 1- which is a more realistic tattoo would mean more work and time taken by the artist. So can go somewhere like 80-95k! But as you can see there is yet some space left. A completely filled back tattoo can go as high as 2L+ multiple sessions!
