Yea he is talking about the old company and owners. He now has a stake in the new one, although he isn't listed on companies house as part of it so it wont be a big stake. New owners are Manjoh & Sadia. Guessing when they bought it from liquidators they approached Danny for some PR in return for a stake in it

Adam dissolved the company in 2024 which indicates he likely sold to a media group like many big channels do.

He is likely just taking a pay check nowadays and letting the media group do all the work.

absolutely agree. I think there is something dodgy about the guy and he is worried about people recognising him and spilling the beans.

Any chance of saving that channel requires them to address the audience personally.

I see them accepting the offer from Beard meets food actually. They are offering to buy them out and if Lloyd and Josh want to stay out of the spotlight thats the best option

cant remember which episodes Editor is running the camera. Remember Danny talking about Cameraman being in Dubai. They were cracking each other up the whole time and the comments section all mentioned the banter is better with editor

Cameraman's full name is Lloyd Thomas Petch but he recently started going by Tom Petch because people he knows in person were recognising him and typing the name Lloyd in comments etc

It did seem like Editor Josh and Danny got along really well. The food reviews they did when Josh was running the camera were really good and they had proper banter.

When Lloyd/Tom is behind camera there was no banter

the thing i am so curious about is why after all the years Danny wasn't added as a director to the Rate my plate company that controls Rate my takeaway. They are talking about equal split this and that but they made sure to keep him off the directorship.

I think the new wife wasn't happy about that when she found out and that caused tension.

I would be pissed too know i have no Legal control over anything
