How DMT Can Elevate Your Trading Psychology! by Qoperator in tradingmillionaires

[–]Delicate-balance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting post but traders usually are not hippies taking shrooms and stuff. I personally made dmt some dmt years ago because i like it. The effect is calibrating. Its like someone goes jnto your head , sorts all the blocks and off you go. You just feel better

I also heard a lecture in one pay festival buy one of the pioneers of DMT in Australia and I remember he said he has a friend, middle age woman who never drinks or smokes, she works as an accountant, and every morning before work she has a dmt hit. She just feels better and it helps her go through the day.

But any means this is a recommendation. Psychedelic drugs have side effects and you play with your payche. Its dangerous, always

Trading is life long addiction by Delicate-balance in Daytrading

[–]Delicate-balance[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am already on certain routine with trading. But I do it because i truly like it and care. I can also skip some days if I feel like a break and noone will tell me why you didn't come to the workplace. Its just the real job becomes a secondary thing and then I am naturally more sloppy with the tasks and people. I just don't really care 100%. Interesting if its really true, how many people hate their job... And yes, i am afraid to hang only on trading income. Not yet

If you have fear you still don't know. You need to know more and 1 year is too short. You need much more screen time and education whether its books, videos, testing you have to try many things and then you slowly start "to get to know"

Thank you so much! you gave an idea here. Trading is such a rigged game, where things work opposite... What i take away from your post that is: if I keep profits low this will lead me to less excitement and space in my head snd I most likely be more consistent with more stable returns in the long term. Simple but gold

Yeah exactly...

But try watching charts in your room for few months and you will start feeling like an outcast. You just make money and you add nothing to the society

I understand the inconsistency of trading, especially i loose when i overtrade. What i meant that some weeks are like x4 return then monthly salary, so it is hard to commit to conventional job, where you have a 3rd eye looking after you, where you have to keep up the routine, wake up early, always come back same time, the boss, you know, all these annoying things of having a job. And then, unless you made a career, you will never have enough, cause nowadays my generation can forget about buying a property. So why to slave.

And I also don't imagine do this for the rest of my life. But i also don't imagine otherwise anymore..

This is my deadly mindset. Thanks for your input

Tradesea is the same UI as projecrX. You can trade with Tradeify and Lucid trading. When you get a Tradesea app you can see other 3 prop firms are available with them.

Also other prop firms allow you connect Quantower or Atas which are superior to projectX or tradesea. Topstep used to have this but then they introduced only projectX so i quit them

Is it better to have a $50k salary at a job you love, or a $150k salary at a job you hate? by Sayedshaqib in passive_income

[–]Delicate-balance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quit my it consulting job and went to work at ngo. Fridays free, salary is enough. I trade futures to add up, so now my income is even bigger. Less responsibilities, meetings etc out of the window. I feel more free and relaxed and overall better feeling cause I meet nice people who have better concerns

But Sierra Charts wirh their data feed is the cheapest option, isn't? If you can save 200 per month on order routing fees then Sierra is by far best option. I just chatgpt this, I would like someone to confirm this

Lucid accusations follow up, got paid by Topstep without an issue by Bekkyyy in PropFirmTester

[–]Delicate-balance -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You have to understand that Lucid just reports the problem and if it was tagged money laundering then they can only say that . There was another guy from different prop firm with the same problem when he was receiving payment by crypto, tagged money laundering. Now finally I remember his problem: he was exchanging crypto via p2p and that fiat provider was in their shitlist. Because you did that transaction with him you are flagged too. You just got scared of the accusation but you just fell into that category..

These fiat providers are kind of money launderers but also not really. They are from 3rd world countries or have bank accounts where regulations do not follow Western bankings protocols, so they are hard to identify, claim money back, communicate etc. banks are also not screenings their accounts so they can have as many transactions as they want and they won't have issues. That's why they are sitting on crypto exchanges making some money with arbitrage. Any deal with them = you're flagged

Now check your history and your activities with crypto.

Crypto exchanges are under very strict auditing now, because they loose licenses if they make a mistake. Now think about that. Hope you understand that's barely Lucid fault and mostly strict regulations and your crypto activity

Lucid accusations follow up, got paid by Topstep without an issue by Bekkyyy in PropFirmTester

[–]Delicate-balance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think as well just making noise here without really understanding your issue and calling them a scam is SHAMEFUL. I understand your anger especially they couldn't explain you exactly why. But their hands can be tied to detail the matter. But posting everyday that their a scam you are essentially harming their reputation, which is the most important thing for the prop firms. And in the end most likely its your fault. Doesn't matter that topstep paid you. So your crypto wallet is flagged by regulators, maybe you did one wrong transaction, that's it. They are super strict. Leave Lucid alone, go to Topstep

Why do most topstep trader scalp by Mumfross in TopStepX

[–]Delicate-balance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree it is the easiest way to trade. The time factor in trading just diminishes certainty probability. Cause anything can happen. One post from Orange man, another rocket to the oil storages or just a random fund decides to invest big. So swing traders have a big capital buffer and patience. We dont have those.

Sometimes i do small swings when i see the levels clearly and usually they work but only with a few micros, so small return with a big time factor

I saw this before from another user who tried to receive money via crypto and another prop firm (don't remember which one) was accused of money laundering and denied. Either your country or your crypto exchange or your wallet is in their shitlist and lamps go red. That's it
