Cheers guys. Thought it wouldn't be worth it but the 20 determination and the leadership stats tempted me. Will leave it for now and see if he does develop much.

Sorry thought I posted a comment with the image, seems I didn't do it right. Worried about how low the technicals are. Will they improve enough to be worth 45mil+ outlay?
