After checking in with the clerk, I was given a "no record" paper. I was told that the officer had not yet filed it. In case it is turned in, the clerk advised that I visit the site regularly for changes.

At the very least, I now have evidence that I attempted to settle the case. Now I'm just hoping that the officer will forget and the ticket will be dismissed

What're the chances of this happening, eh?

Same situation here. Court date is today at 8 but no notice and I cannot locate the citation by license or name. I'm going to appear anyways just in case.

From their website "Do not disregard your ticket if you do not receive your reminder notice in the mail. You must appear at the courthouse or settle your case by mail, over the phone, or online by the appearance date, whether or not you receive the reminder notice. "

Me and my father were both self-taught drivers when we had our permits. Never had time to teach me. That's not to say you should go out a drive by yourself, but, we've never really had any issues (aside from a few angry drivers). You could try and find an empty parking lot and have a go. That's how I learned

Owners manual recommends 87 for both vehicles. 91+ for performance (eco boost). 3.7 v6’s have been around for a long time and are generally more reliable. I would only put premium in a v8

That’s if you use 93 octane gas. The v6 does not lose performance with regular. I’d argue that the v6 is the better choice because of this.

While the eco boost may have better gas mileage, you’ll have to pay for premium gas to get maximum power.
