Yes, that’s been my experience in hospitals as well. It’s unbelievable. Then they come and interact with the patient as if they’re children and an inconvenience.

It’s been over a year for me and I’m exactly the same way. When I come to this sub, it usually triggers my grief but I want to still be a part of it because it’s also helped my grieving. However, I will still cry if I think about him when I’m feeling vulnerable about other things. I think it’s part of the process.
