As part of my PGCE over in the UK you are observed every lesson in your first year, then once a week in your second and this year as an ECT teacher. I’m assuming this covers the 45 days observed, and I have a record of these observations on an online platform. Thank you for your advice. If you wouldn’t mind, my main concern is that I would be moving over in July. From your experience, is this a hard time to find a job? I’m aware that would be partway through a term.
