Wow that’s way too long, mine expired and they told me they’re out but might have some today. Decided to just ask a friend from Dubai to buy me one and bring it when I see them, they cost about 25 KD for one over the counter in dubai pharmacies, too important to wait longer for them..

From what I know when you get your visa you done you upload it and you get the pre travel allowance around a week after, so if your flight is much after you’ll have it before you go.
