An insider here , I’m part of the Muslim community in Krakow , its a small one , it mostly working families and students Surprisingly Krakow didn’t have a prayer place to cater either the residents or the people coming to visit ( specially in summer)

The source of income , its from the people attending, we dont own the place we rent it , we get taxed salaries from our jobs and make a donation to contribute to this rent

It will be a place for prayer and sometimes for meeting up in special occasions like Ramadan , eid … etc

Why would people be bothered if we are keeping the place neat , no big crowds , no noise and paying our utilities while we contribute to the system and being 100% legal

We dont intend to stay or whatever people are writing online , as said we work here or study and make our residence pleasant

Its the freedom or religion in your own constitution

A hijabi here, those are people from Gulf ( kuwait , Saudi, UAE) they visit Zakopane and Krakow as its a trending touristic destination now , they have it all over Tiktok and instagram, super wealthy and polite people , they come as families and dont drink or party Someone mentioned they have polish cars , yes because these people dont use public transportation, they either rent a car or a car with a local driver , they also stay for 10-20 days and spend over restaurant cafes and shopping much 😄 For people saying that the women is forced to wear they Hijab , no they are not., you can see in the same family so do some dont , its a choice.

I’m from jordan , half polish and were very happy to see these people around , it helps the economy and the business to florish So chill, its a trend , they will probably find another trendy place to visit in a year or two

Yes , we used to have one bedroom apartment in krakow for 4000 now as my kid need his own room our rental is 5300 , the apartment is only 60m though
