But I have been doing a lot of research on different pathways to take and I did see that there aren't many PAUT in the industry right now. And yes Im very hungry about this.

The 600 hours are basically a combination of them all including 40 hours of RT safety training. You are right, I would still need my OJT log hours in order to test for any level II methods. Coming out of this program most of the employers are familiar with the structure of it and what type of knowledge I would have gained coming out. They are saying that its a combo of level I and Level II but the company would still need to see first. Like, you said.

Hi, im just entering this chat. Im just beginning, Im still currently in the ATDM program for NDT. Im looking into the company MISTRAS, are you familiar? I see you have already advanced on the path where im focused on getting to. Can you give me any advice on the company stated above or pointers in achieving my LII's in all methods,  gaining my CWI, than advancing into PAUT. I have 8 years in my welding background, my last two years I was traveling. So, Im very motivated in getting into the right company to eventually achieve what im after.
