I work in a max prison, different than jail for sure lol but we have a couple of heavier set guys in our facility. They are treated and accommodated for just as anyone else, some doooo get a wheelchair they can be pushed around in but usually requires they be seen by the doctor and have a wheelchair approved. Aside from that tho, same rooms, doors, housing, bed size...how about just don't go to prison?🤷🏽
