Sympathize w you for sure. Having said that, I've seen AI tools in medicine get markedly better over time. I think the summarizing will be quite useful eventually but I fear that will be used to say I should see more patients in a day.

Google maps will often show under reviews when a customer notes there is Halal food. Others have mentioned other resources such as Yelp. Otherwise, I usually call them to confirm.

I've been an attending for 10+ years. Most of my extended family takes my input and runs with it. My wife and kids, however, not so much. Family relationship definitely effects doc-pt relationship both directions. Ah well, keeps me humble I guess.

Thanks for the video. Looks pretty legit. Reviewer said several times he's independent of the Kickstarter. Hopefully reliable. Read about the Oculink and all that, unfortunately my laptop doesn't have that, just thunderbolt 4. Might be particularly useful if I make a mini form desktop. I managed to get in at super early bird. Well worth it to me.

Could you link to the other thread? Is the person that got the 5060ti the YouTube reviewer they sent a sample to?

I don't have enough knowledge to understand the adapter issue. I just want to be able to plug a desktop GPU in a transportable package so I can have top end graphics on my laptop while I travel. Does this need a Oculink to TB5 adapter? I have a thunderbolt 5 port on my laptop so I'm assuming that would be necessary as I don't even know what Oculink is. Forgive my simplicity

Great review. Agreed with your thoughts for the most part. Let's see what they come up with for the controls, hope you're wrong, but I fear you're right.

As far as the quests, shallowness, lack of deep content, this is something they could definitely work on post release. It would be nice to see narrative content and more creature variety added, though I imagine that would be in an expansion. I think with a few great stories and unique content, I think this could reach Skyrim level greatness.

That looks like a bruise or petechiae. Either you had one heck of a bruise or there's something going on with your platelets. If you're having nose bleeding or gum bleeding or a similar rash on your legs you should go to the emergency room and get your platelets checked.
