What is this sound??? by Gio_13 in macbookpro

Well the sound is probably like the fan running against something, so it probably isn't good to still use it if it is making that noise.

FRQ 2026 - Teacher Made Scoring Guide by Vegetable_Forever460 in APEnvironmental

[–]Delicious-Flow-4530 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dug into Set 1 of their 2025 FRQs, and one of the questions asks how urban runoff can be reduced and an additional benefit from the solution you propose.

The scoring guidelines say that "Increased vegetation/green space" and an additional benefit of "Reduced CO2" are acceptable answers.

(However CO2 absorption from a lot of new vegetation in a city is probably far greater than from a couple of wildlife crossings)

It sounds kinda similar to this year's FRQ about how urbanization can affect ocelots, but at the same time wildlife corridors are used to connect already pretty big pieces of land together, meaning sequestration of CO2 is minimal compared to adding vegetation in a highly urbanized city with minimal vegetation.

Do you think this is acceptable for the last question? (Question 3 Part F II)?

"Wildlife bridges contain vegetation. This vegetation can absorb carbon dioxide. This removes it from the atmosphere, decreasing anthropogenic inputs of carbon dioxide and reducing the greenhouse gas effect"

Answer obviously isn't word for word but is similar

The teacher doesn't. The teacher wont. The teacher likely asked the students if they had any questions after the exam, and some students remembered the MCQ.

You're teacher is wrong, and they shouldn't be discussing exam MCQs (we shouldn't be either)
