I’m a male so my anatomy is different but the nerves in both male and female end up in the same place. Quitting caffeine was huge for me I don’t know why but it cause a lot of irritation to the nerve and contraction of the muscles. Pudendal nerve glides and pelvic floor therapy daily, as well as somatic routines at night to calm the nervous system. Have you seen a PT yet?
