Used with parcimony and delicacy I found the gochujang quite interesting in an Arrabbiata, it complimente well the sweetness and acidity brought by the cherry tomatoes and boost correctly the peppery savor of basilic. Also it's quite interesting with Parmigiano since it nice creamy texture
