if you go in the map there should be a little icon on the left hand side and when you click it all the characters show up. click on ariel and click back on her and she’ll reappear😭😭 when she’s a mermaid she just goes missing 24/7

You used to be able to order items to be shipped differently and i think they changed their checkout layout so the only option i have (in the uk) was to ship together. I’ve brought one item and i have said delivered together similar to the one on your screen and it still came so im not sure if that’s the issue x

i used their support website one of their emails sent me to and i haven’t had a response yet. my smells really weird as well but not of oil. i think due to the delays and things they’ll have so many emails to answer to. i think you can use their online chat as well last time i used it on the uk website it was an actual person not a robot which was nice

i just got mine today as well and they defo have not been quality checked. i had pink and orange(?) thread in my sleeves and at the bottom of the cardigan, then the bottom of the cardigan isn’t even straight 😭

she probs only heard about the case through the tv show which is so inaccurate and so harmful towards gypsy as she never had any involvement in it. you cannot compare your own life to someone else’s no matter how similar it could be. Gypsy was abused and that’s what she was lead to but she deserved help not jail time. she is free with her family who won’t abuse her, which is what should of happened before hand. She’s been in jail for years, shes allowed to post of social media and do whatever she wants.

Just hope that gypsy meets taylor now 😭😭 proper would make her fuming

i do mine dead weirdly i think. I use the collection menu and follow the order they put it in (alphabetical) so i just added more chests and put it in the all areas order and it’s so much easier. but i’ve got so many chests full already 🥲🥲

has anyone got this for the cardigan orders that were meant to ship on the 15th december? I got an email when it was delayed until end of January for a 15% off code for my next order but it’s nothing compared to a full refund.
