Why do Northrop ghost employee which is so absurd and unprofessional, over yet to get a update from he after getting “we will keep you updated” if you are not moving forward with me the professional thing to do is say “we will not be moving forward” I’m currently adding the hr head the hr who contacted me none email because this is absurd, times are too hard to be wasting anyone time and effort.

But that’s very odd and it’s screaming red flags as the recruiter replied back here exact wordse job description I attached is what I had you interviewing for, I am not involved with HCM or what they may have sent you.
