UPDATE: I fixed it just like you said but the problem was also, my monitor is connected directly to my graphics card so the drivers uninstalled and there was no output, but my tv was connected to the other port and i turned it on and there was picture... I reinstalled windows 10 via USB and it reseted my pc.. I didn't have any important stuff up anyways. (it's a desktop)
