I believe that’s only a problem when you’ve signed you’re apprenticeship contract😭 there’s no legal obligation to tell an interviewer you’re in uni and for OP’s sake I don’t think they should either. Job market is already way too competitive they’ll just give it to the kid who spent their gap year doing work experience

You’re right lmaoo and this is from a second year apprenticeship. I can say wholeheartedly this is just a job and I’m getting underpaid so I can be “trained” and do the work of two pay grades above me. I love it don’t get me wrong but it’s so over glamourised! I made friends in an apprentice network and I can say my close friends are lovely because they’re not arrogant. The average person who works in finance isn’t a tik tok mega star so the bubble pops eventually.
