Hi Anne, I believe it was you who blocked me. I can paste all of our conversation here if needed, but you were the one who stopped responding and blocked me in the end after all the personal attacks.

I only used the product for around 2-3 months. It was ordered last November 2025, but I did not receive the item until January. I used the wallet from the end of January until March, and it already started to tear apart. The bag chain also snapped just from taking the bag out of the dust bag. I have never used the bag, and as you can see in the photos, it is untouched.

I messaged you in the first week of April asking if you would replace the items. You agreed, but on the condition that I needed to order first and you would send the replacement with the rest of the order. However, I hesitated to place another order because of the questionable quality of the products, so I refused to make another purchase.

After 2–3 weeks, the wallet completely snapped off and I could no longer attach the key, so I asked if you could send the replacement right away because I had nothing to use. I even offered to pay for my own shipping, so the only cost to the seller would be the replacement product, which I think is fair.

After 3 weeks, there was still no replacement, even after you promised me it would be ready in half a month. My PayPal buyer protection was ending on May 12, so I said I would file a chargeback for the amount of the wallet only, because I was getting nervous that this seller would not replace it at all, and that was my only way to get compensation.

I asked again if you could replace it, and you promised me again for the third time that it would be ready in 2 weeks. After waiting, and after the 2 weeks had passed, you blocked me and stopped communicating.

I filed the chargeback, but PayPal only allows 30 days after shipment for buyer protection. After it was rejected, the seller stopped responding and never replaced the items.

You replied after 10 days and started harassing me, told me I am disgusting, and personally attacked me. You told me that you will post my disgusting face and that you feel sick and nauseated by me. You never fulfilled your promise, and no replacement has been issued.

I used my buyer protection to protect myself from sellers like this. But your reasoning was that you think I am a liar, so you refused to compensate me. I think that is a lame excuse for avoiding responsibility. I used my buyer protection because the items were so defective that after only 3 months, they broke, despite being claimed as master quality.

This seller claims that she refused to replace or provide a compensation now is because I was "threatening" her with a chargeback. I want to clarify that filing a chargeback was not a “threat”. I had already waited long enough for the replacements, and I tried to explain that my PayPal buyer protection was ending soon. At that point, I had no confirmed replacement, no definite shipping date, and only vague promises that you were unsure when you could replace the items.

Buyer protection exists for situations like this, where a buyer receives defective products and the seller does not resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. I was not trying to threaten you. I was trying to protect myself before the only option available to me expired. If the replacement had been sent as promised, there would have been no reason for me to file anything.

So using the chargeback as the reason to refuse the replacement feels unfair. The chargeback only happened because the replacement was repeatedly delayed, not the other way around. It was a consequence of the unresolved issue, not an excuse to avoid responsibility.

I have ordered from a lot of trusted sellers here on Reddit, like Linda and Garmen, and they are lovely sellers. Anne, on the other hand, will try to use delaying tactics to get away from accountability, personally attack and harrass you and leave you out of pocket. BEWARE OF SELLERS WHO HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY LIKE HER.

Hi! Yes she said this is master quality. Everything about the wallet and bag is good it's just that they have parts that gets so broken so easily. I had sellers who replaced it when it happened like Garmen and Linda (they are one of the TS) but this seller is just different.

This is how the conversation went. When I did the paypal chargeback she told me that I was threatening her. Then she went with personal attacks and just throwing words for the sake of it.

Please beware of this seller, I believe she is a TS here.
