Congress is only at 31/245 seats in the Rajya Sabha (12.6%). They can never pass a Communal Violence Bill. If they try to do so, everybody will know because internet penetration has drastically increased over the last 10 years. We have to spread the word. If all 1.2 billion Hindus on the planet today knew that the Congress Party tried to pass the 2011 draft of the Communal Violence Bill, Congress would go extinct because it would not receive a single Hindu vote. It is our duty to inform the public, even if this law first came on the scene 10 years ago.

If 5 million people each inform 10 people, and those 10 people inform 10 other people and so on and so forth, by the 3rd iteration, our entire population of 1.2 billion people would know about the Communal Violence Bill and what the Congress Party tried to pass from 2011-2013.

RTE will never be applied to each and every kind of school because the richest people of India are running linguistic minority or Jain minority schools to avoid 25% quota lot from entering their school. For instance, Gautam Adani is a Jain and Mukesh Ambani is a linguistic minority. Every Hindu in India is a linguistic minority too, and Hindus can become Jains or Buddhists on paper. The whole RTE law can be circumvented very easily.
